When in doubt, go for a drive.

One thing I have learned over the years is that when things become a bit of a jumbled mess in my headspace,
one of the best therapy’s that I have found is to simply
go for a drive.

Fortunately here in Utah, we have miles and miles of wide open BLM land.
It’s perfect playground for exploration and mental decompression.
